Intelligent and efficient Mobile Repair Technician seeking a position with a reputable company in which my skills and knowledge can be of service to customers Experience Mobile Repair Technician #BrilliantTech Early 2012 - Present Self employed Meet with customers to determine the problem with the phone probable causes and type of repair needed Perform body repairs such as repairing a cracked or scratched screen or replacing buttons on the keypad,Troubleshoot problems in the phone’s programming to find error,Give a written invoice of repair parts needed and estimate of cost to customer and get signatures where needed Duties and Functions: * Greet the walk in customers and listen to their complaints regarding the malfunctioning of their phones * Examine the mobiles phones to identify the cause of trouble. * Provide the customers with cost estimate and a tentative date to conclude the repair work * Open up the mobile phone and check the battery life, wirings and connections, screens and other components for efficiency * Mend the defects and replace the broken/used up parts and recheck the performance of the mobile phones * Deal with clients while returning the cell phones and receiving fees Mobile Repairer * Diagnose the defective phones and identify root cause of the problem * Ensure the components such as Sim cards, data cards and memory cards suit the model * Make certain the different software downloaded on the cell phones are compatible with itRepair the damages caused to the phone due to contact with water, heat and light * Eliminate errors of persistent failure of locking, hanging or slowing of the mobile phones * Remove the screen of the cell phone and replace with a new one
