I´m a Team Leader and Software Engineer at Wintouch Software. In the last years I have always been involved in product software development, with both technical and people management roles. My team spirit, responsibility, organization and strong work ethics, helps me with team leader functions. As a team leader I motivate and inspire the team, I lead by example and I create an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, where everyone is heard and respected, and where people feel they can take chances and grow. In my opinion this is the foundation on which we can apply the agile frameworks, such as SCRUM and SAFe, in order to be performant and deliver valuable outcomes to our customers. As a Software Engineer, I like to try new technologies, apply proven architectural and design patterns that can complement my knowledge and improve the quality of the software produced, making it even flexible, reusable, maintainable, testable, and scalable.
