Isabella Lascelles

While studying for my Master of Business Administration at Otago University I was able to build on my natural ability to manage the end-to-end delivery of things and develop both skills and interest in strategy and business development. I especially enjoyed the final Professional Consulting Engagement (PCE) assignment where I worked with not for profit Legacy Brisbane (pro bono) to complete the Discovery phase for their new CRM Replacement project. I enjoy jumping into a new business environment and quickly identifying opportunities to gather momentum and engagement in a project or program of work. I am a self-starter and use my initiative to help identify ways to connect with and understand stakeholder’s needs so they can be best managed. I enjoy working as part of a team and easily build good relationships with others to collaborate on the shared goal. I strive to make my customers happy and will roll up my sleeves when needed to help with any task the team needs done. I will regularly challenge assumptions and recommend better approaches, demonstrating that I feel a high sense of ownership and personal responsibility for the future of the project and company. As a program manager, I excel at the ability to quickly context switch to service multiple projects. I will actively seeks diverse perspectives on the challenges the program faces, and create transparency through highly effective communication. My favorite part is working with all the various stakeholders to learn about their business as well as what their priorities are in the programs I deliver.
