The B.A. Is the one who facilitates the collaboration of the businesses, works with the experts (= those who have specific knowledge or provide inputs) to analyse the process flows, to identify risks or possible improvement, to solve problems and to support new projects. Focus on the data flows for digital purposes: data knowledge, data quality and data governance. This allows to prevent risks (operational, financial, reputational) or costs (budget analysis) AND to improve the quality of the services to the client (marketing, client knowledge). Accompany and consolidate change: continuous coaching, collaboration improvement, share of knowledge, training, respect, good relationship and… sense of humour. Collaborators are those who finally provide the real added value to the whole processing of a company: they achieve the goals and serve the clients. Human being is part of the company’s identity.
