Isaiah Eastling

I grew on a farm in central Wisconsin. While in high-school I explored lots of options for my career and decided to follow my interests in IT work. Along with my other volunteer positions I helped create a still on going program for free IT tech help at the local library in 2014. While involved in sports and working full time throughout school. I then attended technical college in Stevens Point while working in retail and studying IT Networking. Two years later I was hired as an IT Installer for the company I was working for, Kwik Trip. I moved to the La Crosse area and worked on the road at the Kwik Trip headquarters. I received a promotion shortly after a year in this position, and continued to work as hard as I could and learn as much as I could. This lead to me accepting a new position a year later, my current role in Automation and Sercurity. I drive one day to be a manager of a team. I am requiring the skills I need to be successful and grow in the IT field. Growing horizontally before I grow vertically, displaying the drive I have to get there through my hard work.
