• Overall 11+ years of experience in Telecom Vertical with TechMahindra Ltd, currently working as OSS solution designer in CSO Pod in Openreach for BT client. • Worked as an OSS Solution Designer, Component Designer, Team Lead, and Developer across different line of businesses (BT Retail, Global Services and OpenReach) for BT client. • Strong experience and knowledge of customer experience (CE) journeys for telecom products with main focus on designing and delivering the E2E solutions for OSS, MIS reporting. • Functional expertise in Requirements Analysis, Impact analysis, System Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Management of full life cycle applications. • Collaborate and co-ordinate with the Key Stakeholders to advise them on solution approach. • Lead independently on business requirements, driving business, process, and systems engagement to develop solution design; thus taking ownership and accountability of the Solution. • Advise customer, system designers and testing team throughout the project life cycle bridging the understanding gap between them. • Review of system/component designs artifacts to ensure selection of appropriate technology, adherence to architecture, integration of multiple systems and compliance to requirements. • Working independently to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time with good quality work, making sure that the E2E design, component designs, Testing team and the actual delivery is in accordance with the requirement/demand. • Experienced working with AGILE Methodologies.
