Coach, educator, and entrepreneur, I connect the potential of individuals, ideas, challenges, opportunities, and solutions. My coaching career has its roots in advocating for and supporting, first my own children and then thousands of others in an educational environment that is not adapted to their needs. In the process, I recognized my own early challenges. Discovering that I am a "different" kind of learner and my "labels" are actually my strengths, has been the fuel that continues to motivate and inspire me to help others discover and embrace their own talents and potential. I am passionate about bringing solutions that help all young people navigate an old and limited model of education and giving them the tools and strategies to advocate for their own success. Along with the management and executive coaching I do today, I am creating and delivering coaching programs and tools for parents to support their teenagers. Too often parents and adolescents experience conflict and disconnection in these critical years. My experience and learning can help other parents fast-track back to connection and strong relationships. The mental and emotional health and well-being of our youth continues to deteriorate at an accelerated pace. I am leveraging my experience and training to help parents and educators better understand the neuroscience and communication theory that can make a huge difference in the life of adolescents and their relationships with the adults around them. Today learners of all ages and backgrounds need environments and tools adapted to their needs as they acquire and use the crucial skills of critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, creativity, and communication. My background in curriculum design, training, and project management informs how I coach and develop programs. New tools and paradigms of learning need to be constantly created to meet the needs of individuals and society. Through the use of technology and innovation, I am contributing to developing human potential in the domains of learning, coaching, empowerment, and resilience to support individuals, organizations, citizens, and communities. Living and working in the United States and Europe I have deep experience in coaching, strategy, education, start-ups, and meeting/event management. My goal is to work in diverse teams on big problems where we can together bring solutions with impact on a global scale.
