Accountabilities:• Undertake and support in a range of procurement /requests/orders within given timelines and guidelines to meet agreed upon service levels.• Process purchase requests/Request for Quotations/Request for proposals/Request for informations/to fulfill the requirements of the supplier/vendor/requester.• Liaise internally and/or externally to acquire understanding of the procurement requirements to fulfill organizational objectives.• Supervisory responsibility for the Procurement team To manage the allocation of duties to team members to ensure that all deadlines are met in accordance with agreed service levels• To review bid proposal and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority • Executing purchasing of all goods and services related to technical / Non-technical purchasing unit • Determining the optimum source of supply taking in to consideration quality, delivery, price, time and company standards • Source, develop and maintain a list of approved suppliers • Organize study of marketing information and advertisement to find sources of material and services supply• Implement and review contracts terms and conditions before approvals
