I am a passionate industrial engineer who graduated from Sultan Qaboos University. Through years, I have proven myself to be a dependable, self-motivated, and oriented worker. As an industrial engineer, I have acquired many abilities that can be applied to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability and reduce resources for an organization. In addition, I can build frameworks to make work safer, faster, easier, and more rewarding. I have a strong grounding in engineering fundamentals including materials engineering, product design, and Automation. And management skills in planning , supply chain and logistics. I have polished my skills through an internship at SAM Engineering company in Amman, Jordan. This internship opportunity was organized by IASTE (an international organization exchanging students). During this experience, I worked between the logistics and procurement departments and learned more about sales and project management. I have strengthened my skills in planning, communication/coordination, critical thinking, problem-solving, as well as data analyzing, and reporting through my current job as a resin shipment planner at OCTAL/ALPEK company in Muscat, Oman (Petrochemicals field). My skills include: - The ability to apply industrial engineering fundamentals; production planning, process optimization, inventory control, and facility management. - Statistical analysis - Project management skills; the ability to develop objectives, scope, work plan, and schedule - Optimization and work system enhancement: Lean/Six Sigma analysis - Computing skills; Statistics (Minitab, Excel ,ex), Design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), Simulation (Arena), Electronic control (PLC), and Optimization (lingo), ERP ( SAP)
