I have extensive experience in Food & Beverage sector, much of which I gained at the Four Seasons Hotel and other hospitality environments.I have honed my hospitality skills in the Rooms division at the Four Seasons Hotel (Spa, health club, front offices, customer service), giving me a well rounded approach to hospitality work. During this time I developed and enhanced my skill set through different programs and resources, I am keen to consistently push myself and learn new things.I have also held managerial positions which included responsibilities such as planing, solving complex problems, handling complaints, organising daily operations and overseeing a workforce. I trained the new employees, to a high level that was consistent with the standard that the Four Seasons hotel has come to be known for. Fostering and maintaining team work and a healthy, friendly environment is also something I have dealt with in the past.I am a driven and motivated individual to aims to prove himself an asset to any organisation that I am a part of.
