Being the manager and leader of MOL Group's LPG Retail activity is a great opportunity to show that even as a part of a big organization a small business unit can have its own P&L, we can run and manage the business, we can be responsible for all the activities what an independent company has. Like being an entrepreneur. Before this I have been dealing with difficult and complicated cases in the last few years and still loving it. Regardless of the topic itself (whole value chain analysis, optimization of our own production balanced with import and export, satisfying external stakeholders with innovative ideas, co-ordination of the work of a few hundred people in a matrix-organization, developing colleagues, young talents or interns within the company and many more) I find much enjoyment in these activities. Strategic thinking has been in my focus for the last 12 years, but I know that we (human beings) operate the companies and I know the language of formal and informal networks as well. I have had several thesis writers and I have loved working with them, it was great to share my knowledge, experience. I believe in and establish trust in the organization, easily make contacts and promote teamwork even with external stakeholders. It is not only the job or a task which keeps us together, I truly believe in team spirit, a kind of a glue which is needed. We are great at volunteering, we have several action in every year. What is important? Having the experience leading businesses in the last 20 years, I believe in satisfied customers, sustainability and of course engaged employees.
