I got into the hospitality world because I wanted to see the world I wanted to meet new cultures different types of visions of the globe and learn from them, to develop my cultural intelligence to make people smile after they taste or experience something new. The world of food and beverage excites me there is always something new to learn and share. What I do I’m very diplomatic I can lead multicultural teams, prevent conflicts so the day runs smoothly, I ensure customer satisfaction by providing thoughtful and attentive service. I lead by example and motivate teams to perform at their best in a positive enviroment. I believe listening is a great tool to build towards the company goals by being open to new ideas. I’m the kind of person you want in your team because you know it won’t let you down. Personal Note I’m a positive and energetic person by nature that likes to inspire people and to motivate them, I like to keep things moving I enjoy filling rooms with energy to get the best in people by listening, understanding and communicating effectively.
