Ivan Šišuljak

I’m the Operational Excellence Leader at Pliva Croatia Ltd (Teva group),world's largest generic medicines producer. In this role I lead the company’s continuos improvement efforts, overseeing a team of three Operational Excellence professionals, several change agents and managing all other departments business aspects. Before joining Pliva, I worked for small private company in field of metal industry — ZGR Kovačić - and was lucky enough to work with amazing people and was able to learn about Supply chain in small scale which proved to be really benefitial in my future challenges. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other change agents and continuos improvement professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is problem solving with leaders to understand his or her problems and how, by applying lean, we can help them to achieve business goals. I have an Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Zagreb University.
