Accomplished- IT professional, CSR, ICU Coordinator, cashier, hostess, server. I have always enjoyed interacting with and helping others. I have 8 years of experience in the field Information Technology. I have been on the IT team for Cardno GS for over 5 years and I have held various IT positions, such as troubleshooting CNC machines at JeldWen, working as a CSR at Microcenter, and working at the Service Desk at Safelite Autoglass, for over 4 years. My leadership skills were gained managing coworkers and training new employees. Words that describe me: Detail-Oriented – Though the word perfectionist is tossed around, it truly describes me. I push time constraints to the limit because I want it to be not only right, but the very best. I can get frustrated when the focus is on getting it done rather than getting it right, but I’ve gotten great at time management. Distinctive – I’ve been told I have a unique thought process, that I view the world in a completely outside-the-box way. It goes well with my optimistic outlook and shows I am Creative – imaginative, innovative. I look beyond the obvious to see the potential of an idea, an object, a person. I enjoy solving problems, puzzles, riddles, and learning as much as possible. I believe you’re never too old to learn. I returned to school to channel my inner-techie so that I can “follow my dream” to work in the field of this great, ever-changing beast called technology. Driven- competitive, focused. I know what I want, where I want to be, and how I want to get there. I concentrated for a long time on my personal life and feel very much fulfilled and successful. Now I’m turning my focus to my career. I want to put my head down at the end of the day knowing I’ve made a difference. Integrity – I pride myself on being trustworthy, reliable. I’m usually the first to volunteer my time. If you were to ask my employers or coworkers, they would say I’m one of the hardest working, most dependable people they know. I was brought up to believe anything worth doing is worth doing well and every task, no matter how menial, is important to someone or something so take pride in what you do.
