I am a double graduate of the University of Tampa with a BS and MS in Exercise Physiology, where I was a student athlete, team captain, and chairman of Sigma Kappa Sorority. Over the years, I have gained experience in rehabilitation; focusing first on stroke and TBI, then geriatrics, pediatrics, and lastly sports. I decided to further pursue my education in clinical populations at the master's level which opened the door into cardiac rehabilitation, and now clinical trial research. Additionally, I coach motivated seniors in their CrossFit journey to solidify their functional fitness. I find joy in helping others reach their full potential and discover happiness in their own accomplishments.
