I am a project and process engineer and certified in PMP©. Since graduating in Technical Engineering I have not stopped venturing into several very enriching professional projects that have provided me with a transversal vision of the industrial world. I am interested in Industry 4.0 and IOT, I consider them key strategic areas in the transformation and improvement of any organization, mainly because they drive change and make possible the creation of business value. I am excited about the design and injection of plastics as well as the purely traditional sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Railway and Metal (etc^n). I believe that the success of organizations lies largely in having a solid leadership that is able to guide, motivate and direct the work teams. Leadership that involves negotiation skills, resilience, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills and above all that encourages critical thinking. As a result of walking hand in hand with transnational organizations, I am attracted to emerging methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leadership skills, etc., seeing myself reflected in the methodology maintained by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as in its code of ethics and professional conduct.
