I am a trained Management Consultant and Facilitator and was for ± 20 year of my career exposed to management advice to Top Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing of Strategic Plans, Project Management, Performance Evaluations, Inspections and Organizational Development. The formulation, development and implementation of strategies and policies to accomplish the goals of its strategic plan, was part of my responsibilities and I love working in this field. As workstudy official I had done investigations specifying operating procedures for production processes. Within this environment quite an enormous amount of new offices were established. New Staff Establishments were developed and new processes and procedures implemented. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management was built in at most of the interventions we did as internal Management Consultants. I was appointed for two years on a contract basis as a Project Coordinator at the Western Cape Liqour Authority (WCLA). I worked on several projects addressing the WCLA's Strategic Goals and am also involved in SOP' s and GRC issues. Assisted a former colleague as Operational Manager in his Shuttle/Courier business. The business was in the market for sale. My focus is: 'My work is my holiday'. I enjoy every moment of my work, as if I am on holiday. I believe I still have a lot of positives to share with who ever I come in contact with!
