Understands the key business processes and goals of our customers/business channels Apply master data management best practices / industry standards to daily activities on maintaining Supplier/Customer/Item/Location (Store)/BOM master data files in Starbucks. Building strong relationships with the key customers of MDA including SCO, Marketing/Category, Store Development, Retail Operations, Finance, Accounting, CPG, SBC, Foodservice, Licensed Stores, and Information Technology Represent the business needs of all master data consumers globally when changes or enhancements are requested. Partner with IT to prioritize, design, test and implement master data system enhancements. Assess the impacts of system enhancements and develop supporting business processes. Play a key role in evolving Starbucks master data competency and building our status as an industry leader through continuous improvement initiatives.
