Senior Business Process Consultant, with over ten (10) years’ experience in ServiceNow. Jack Kosoff was most recently the Managing Consultant for Asset Management before joining Linium. Jack has a background in Asset and Configuration Management, IT Service Management, Program/Project Management, and Operations Management, as well as GRC, IT Security, and Infrastructure Management. Specifically, Jack has extensive experience (10+ years) leading ServiceNow Process Development and Implementation programs. Jack’s technical and operational background makes him invaluable to a ServiceNow implementation. Jack joined Linium after spending 6+ years as a consultant at another firm, following an earlier career of over 39 years in various technical and operations management positions for an international imaging company, including managing a program to upgrade their IT Service Management platform to ServiceNow.
