Seasoned senior executive with a verifiable track record of leading the successful growth and profitability of diverse technology & services companies within both domestic and international markets. I’ve been privileged to work in a variety of ownership structures including private equity, venture capital, public company, and wholly owned subsidiaries and have experience of effectively working with and reporting to Boards of Directors. My management experience is very diverse as I have held positions of management within small startup tech companies, various manufacturing companies and was a senior member of the world’s largest technology consulting company. I am also a 25 year retired U.S. Air Force Reserve veteran officer and military pilot. Extensive background in both business development and product marketing having held positions as a Sales Engineer, Director of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Sales. As a consultant I performed multiple market analyses and competitive landscape studies for companies in the business of software development, product manufacturing and government services. I have also brokered two separate M&A ventures. I have a solid technical background in mechanical and electronic systems development, software development, military simulation and combat communications. I work very well with other members of management, and enjoy my role as a chief business partner within the leadership group.
