My goal here is to help the customer which can be difficult when they don't know the exact problem, this position helped me gain patience, which is needed in the I.T. World, even if I couldn't fix their problem I would always even ask how their week was because I now know even if I can't fix their problem on the spot I can at least try to make them feel better talk to them about other issues not just with computers but with their life If I can't fix their problem on the spot I will at least leave knowing their is a smile on the end users face, and I know if they are happy I am doing my job right.
