Jacob Manning

Mr. Manning has worked in various positions in the Construction Materials Testing and inspection field for more than 19 years. Currently, as GES’ CMT Manager, Mr. Manning is responsible for managing daily activities of the CMT Project Management, CMT Field Technician and Laboratory groups. He currently serves as Deputy Quality Manager in support of GES’ quality program. Historically, Mr. Manning has been responsible for training of GES personnel in the field and lab, interaction with client representatives, managing subcontractors, test report preparation, and preparation of detailed cost proposals. Mr. Manning has extensive experience testing soils, concrete, asphalt, post tension / mild steel reinforcing, and masonry materials in accordance with ASTM/AASHTO standards. In the lab, he has extensive experience in testing soils, asphalt, and concrete.
