Within ING I have had the opportunity to develop myself in various fields and get to know a wide range of departments. Looking back on the past years, I realize that I get the most energy when I can change the environment and systems around people to allow them to get the best out of themselves, to achieve even better results for our customers. I am at my best in a dynamic environment where I can take others along with me, motivate and coach them to realize changes. As a real team player, I have a lot of affinity with the hard as well as the soft aspects of change. I am result-oriented and have a pragmatic attitude. I quickly master new knowledge and I find it important to keep on learning. I am also good at translating the wishes of the customer or stakeholder into the right solution for achieving their goals.
