Having had experience working in varies IT roles, in a Large Professional IT Services Organisation, where being a reactive and dynamic team member is crucial to the department’s performance; I am used to working to targets and tight deadlines and enjoy exceeding them. I have experience in presenting to high profile customers on our capabilities and services. Being a specialist I also have experience in delivering training to both internal colleagues and customers, utilising my confident communication skills, people person persona. I thoroughly enjoy change and my roles have always provided this. I'm currently responsible for managing a team of Senior Experienced Software Specialist, supporting customers with a mixture of current and new Volume Licensing and SPLA business across all corporate, Academic and Public sectors, covering England, Scotland and Wales.
