Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to gain new skills by studying for professional qualifications and being mentored by senior managers, along with exceeding targets and objectives, this has enabled to progress exponentially. I’m always striving for excellence and self improvement for both myself and my team members; I am a confident woman with enthusiasm for hard work, and high standards. Having had experience working in varies IT roles, in a Large Professional IT Services Organisation, where being a reactive and dynamic team member is crucial to the department’s performance; I am used to working to targets and tight deadlines and enjoy exceeding them. I have experience in presenting to high profile customers on our capabilities and services. Being a specialist I also have experience in delivering training to both internal colleagues and customers, utilising my confident communication skills, people person persona. I thoroughly enjoy change and my roles have always provided this. I'm currently responsible for managing a team of Senior Experienced Software Specialist, supporting customers with a mixture of current and new Volume Licensing and SPLA business across all corporate, Academic and Public sectors, covering England, Scotland and Wales. Being able to prioritise a large workload, with a focus margin opportunity and customer satisfaction is essential to this role along with working directly with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
