In 1991, ten years later, I joined Bukhara and currently the Executive Chef of the restaurant. Bukhara continues to be one of the most successful Indian restaurants in the country. I have cooked for who’s who of the world, including Barack Obama, David Cameroon, Tony Blair, Paolo Gentiloni, Vladmir Putin and many heads of states, and was felicitated with Life Time Achievement Award at the Top Chef Awards 2014 organised by Delhi Gourmet Club. I have represented India for “San Sebastian Gastronomika ‘17 event” in Spain. My Biography has been featured in ‘IWWC’-International Who is Who of the Chefs’ amongst the greatest Chefs of the world.
