I have over a decade of operational and strategic management experience, with a proven ability to expand the outreach and influence of programs and services, relationship building expertise, student recruitment, staff development experience, and most importantly, maintaining the ability to deliver pertinent and relevant programs. My collective experience of leading, developing, and evaluating staff, creating, managing, and implementing concurrent programs, representing organizations at national conferences and meetings, and serving as the point of contact for stakeholders, clients, teachers/administrators, parents, and community members, has well equipped me to make valuable contributions to any organization. My fiduciary obligations afforded me experiences in developing and managing annual budgets in excess of $2 million, securing over $4 million in funding, and negotiating MOU’s, contracts, and service agreements.
