James Demarco

Employed in the IT Industry for the past twenty+ years, including management, development, documentation, support, training, project management and quality assurance. Most recently a role as Release Train Engineer, coordinating the activities of thirty+ Scrum teams in a scaled-agile environment. In terms of management responsibilities, I have supervised internal colleagues, guided contractors, and directed offshore team members. My responsibilities have spanned upwards of fifty concurrent projects and management for upwards of forty team members. I have worked in the financial, healthcare, and contact center industries with both start-up and large companies. I have worked in fast-paced environments where projects are run at a company-wide enterprise level with complex interfaces, cross-impacts, and process flows... as well as in Scrum (including SAFe) agile environments. I am a dedicated, motivated, analytical and extremely efficient employee who prides himself on being organized and thorough.
