An accomplished and dynamic Senior Project Manager with experience of designing/developing and leading PMO, I am skilled at leading the full life-cycle on both respects for key projects in the finance, technology, leisure and internet/cloud industries. As a PRINCE2 Practitioner, I have helped design and implement Kognitiv’s brand-new PMO functions to provide structure to projects and improve the success of technical projects via the introduction of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodology, and served as Senior Project Manager for Codestone Group, where I successfully planned and implemented SAP Business One ERP and Cloud IT Infrastructure systems (O365) into SMEs, and managed a 20 project portfolio with budgets up to £750k. I have also served as a Project Manager for Merlin Entertainments, and implemented a new Fleet Management Policy, with associated changes in internal cultures, process and vendor relationships, and also seized on key opportunities to identify a control failure in the expenses process that saved the company five-figures and clawed back similar in overspend. I also Project managed (as Operations Manager) all assigned regulatory projects for JP Morgan, including 2 end-to-end process enhancement and change programmes, which delivered a headcount save and reduction in market instruction fees. In Brazil, I was the Project Manager for Banco JP Morgan, where I pitched business cases to secure resources and funding for Settlements Projects, and led an award-winning and globally recognised operations team through the re-engineering of settlement operations that slashed fail metrics. I was also behind JP Morgan’s PMO team for a LATAM Global Task Management system introduction A superb stakeholder/sponsor manager, confident executing multiple, concurrent projects and achieves stakeholder confidence. Is risk-change orientated, with customer success and relationship building tactics that manage all facets of project executions.
