• Considerable experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing web pages and stylesheets working with raw code (i.e. HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) using various web content authoring and website management tools (i.e. WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, phpBB) in conjunction with other software packages related to graphic design, video editing, and web development; primarily using Adobe Web Creative Suite tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Flash, DreamWeaver). • Vast understanding of and experience with municipal operations, bylaw, legislation, departmental and political issues within municipalities such as the City of Toronto, as well as other levels of government, and their applications in the workforce and community. Upholds legal and legislated standards for content security and accessibility in accordance with applicable regulations such as Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). • Extensive administrative and clerical experience at a senior level within municipal government, performing tasks such as investigations, database information retrieval, researching and approving applications/plans from the public, and countless manners of administrative work while maintaining proper account in a record/retrieval system in accordance with records and information management standards. • Extensive experience with customer service, interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills in responding to inquiries directly from the public, stakeholders, all levels of staff throughout various levels of government, and other stakeholders through a wide array of media including in person (through scheduled meetings and in a front-line customer service environment), by telephone, and in writing within appropriate timelines. • Knowledge of online training, digital literacy, as well as internal and external web tools such as Captiva, SharePoint, Open Text, T-Recs, Document and Content Management Systems, IBMS, MLS Licensing System, and ICON.
