James Lehman

Jim Lehman is the Managing Partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, with over 800 lawyers over 25 different offices. In addition to his management responsibilities, he practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, white collar investigations, and professional liability. As Managing Partner, he has led the Firm to significant growth from both a professional and revenue perspective. Mr. Lehman has also served in senior executive management positions in businesses. In 2001, he joined Safety-Kleen as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, which at the time was one of the largest bankruptcies in US history. Since 2008, and in addition to his Firm responsibilities, he has also served as the outside General Counsel for Novolex holdings. Mr. Lehman has worked extensively with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
