James Maxwell

A creative and rigorous people manager and experience designer, developing agile capabilities and the product mindset at scale. James has worked within and tailored multiple enterprise-scale agile frameworks by leading strategically, operationally and tactically within change management frameworks. This has involved curating Executive Masterclasses for the C-Suite, authoring transformation narratives, visualising incremental stable states, as well as Investment, Portfolio, Product and Delivery Team coaching. His influence, facilitation and coaching draw on 8yrs experience teaching multiple academic disciplines; this diverse experience at the chalkface provides the foundation for his ability to embed ideas, nurture trust and empower those around him. He believes deeply in lifelong learning and in coaching the competencies that add systemic value across an enterprise. A particular strength is in facilitating human-centred design thinking to discover common aspirations and shared business priorities through visual narrative.
