History of leadership in hydrocarbon measurement with 19 years' experience including measurement system design, instrumentation, performance monitoring, calibration, measurement uncertainty, project management, regulatory and design standards. Skillsets and experience working internationally with operating companies supporting multiphase, gas, crude oil and refined products operations using fluid property analysis, improving performance, quality and measurement gain/loss. Industry engagement with flow measurement initiatives including API MPMS standards and serving as a special advisor to the International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (ISHM). Provide technical supports in the area of Measurement to the businesses (e.g. Measurement team, operations, engineering, capital projects, Control Centers, business development, scheduling, accounting, and training). Lead and/or support complex troubleshooting including but not limited to abnormal operating conditions, loss control study, incident investigation, technical/business analysis, and resolution of measurement discrepancies. Work cross-functionally with field operations, engineering, control centers, and central Engineering Services team to establish and manage multi-years Measurement & Leak Detection improvement Lead and support the development and implementation of the Company's standards, processes, and procedures associated with Measurement & Leak Detection.
