Jamie Rheinberger

I have recently graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, with degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. I plan to start my masters with a concentration in business analytics this fall while continuing my current position as a business analyst for Covanta Environmental Solutions.I have five years experience in customer service, which includes building a rapport with customers and ensuring repeat visits. I also have experience in marketing through social media to help promote various school organizations and non-profits, as well as business analytics through the Early Career Development Program with Covanta. My top five strengths include communicating and articulating ideas, building strong professional relationships, solving issues as they arise, supervising and creating an effective budget, and providing quality customer service. My Myers-Briggs is ISTJ, and I am typically the team member that can direct others and ensure the project is completed on-time and efficiently.
