I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within the banking industry, which has allowed me to build a wide breath of experience. I enjoy challenging responsibilities which offer me opportunities to excel and provide excellent customer satisfaction. I have over 15 years of experience in IT, Test Resource Management (Recruiting/Staffing), Project Planning, Test Management and Production Implementation, Process Evaluation, Development & Improvement , Problem Triage, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Relationship Management, Post Production Validation, Training, Defect and Test Execution Reporting using Quality Center (ALM) I have excelled in each of the various roles. I am reliable, dedicated and always seek to do the right thing for the customer; both internal and external. My drive to succeed ensures the goals of the company are met whether working independently or as part of a team. My greatest assets are my analytical thinking and ability to see the full picture and my ability to work well in a matrix environment. I leave no stone unturned to ensure all risks are quickly mitigated.
