I am honored to have the privilege of being one of the three Compliance Review Administrators for a great organization that believes in enhancing the quality of life for children and families; surrounding cultural programs fostering self-growth, personal empowerment, and pride in urban communities. The combination of my professional experiences coupled with my strong educational background has fostered a love and commitment to being careful about details as work tasks are completed. As a Compliance Review Administrator, I am passionate about finding, fixing and preventing, regulatory anomalies in my job. This position has provided me with an opportunity to communicate effectively in person and electronically with clients, peers, and upper management. The ability to think rhetorically as I continue to identify and address strengths and weaknesses of myself and our team makes me truly blessed to be a part of the Leaguers family.
