I have wide (15+ years) leadership experience in Management Board , Management Team, People Management, Operations Management, P&L responsibility, B-2-B, and business development in small, medium, and large organizations. My strong and safety-oriented leadership style is coming from aviation business area. Building a team spirit and can do-attitude is also a strong part of my hands -on leadership style. I have high knowledge in business numbers I've been able to develop the businesses with focus on profitability. I have a good knowledge of creating and improving KPIs (financial, operational, Q&S). Member of Operative Management Board (OMT) The OMT’s task is to lead the Company in accordance with Company strategy, board decisions, and board guidance. The OMT shall decide for example on Company policies, CAPEX proposals, and significant projects Member of HR Board (HRB) The Human Resource Board determines Company HR policies, ensures that the CLAs and other employment contracts are aligned. Member of AOC Board (AOCB) The Air Operation Certificate Board shall review safety and/or operational issues raised by the NPs, ensure good and aligned cooperation with CAA, review and agree on actions related to regulatory changes, review upcoming operative manual and procedure changes, and, if needed, review issues/items raised by compliance management. Member of Safety Review Board (SRB) Safety Review Board is a very high level, strategic committee consisting of senior management officials that are familiar with the workings and objectives of the SMS. SRB defines the acceptable level of safety and needs to remain assured that it is continuously maintained. Member of Security Board (SeB) Security Board is a very high level, strategic committee consisting of senior management officers who are familiar with the workings and objectives of the SeMS. SeB defines the acceptable level of security and needs to remain assured that this level is continuously maintained. The chairperson of the Ground Safety Action Group (GSAG) GSAG consist of specially selected operational personnel to ensure frontline input as part of the SMS review process and to oversee safety in areas where operations are conducted. The purpose of the Ground Safety Action Group is to share safety related information and safety concerns to the top management and shareholders. SAGs will take strategic direction from the SRB IATA De-Icing/Anti-Icing Quality Control Pool (DAQCP)- Auditor Member of SAE G-12 Aircraft Ground Deicing Committees (Methods + Training and Quality Programs)
