Jannine Myers

I am a litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience in Workers' Compensation in California and in Washington. After six years as a paralegal, I attended law school in California and then moved to Washington where I have been a practicing attorney since 2006. My current practice focuses on representation of Self-Insured and State Fund employers in Workers' Compensation in Washington. Prior to my employment at Holmes Weddle & Barcott, I represented self insured employers at another Seattle firm and before that I represented injured workers in both workers' compensation and personal injury matters. I am a skilled litigator and have successfully resolved a myriad of complex cases before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Courts of Washington. As an experienced and assertive litigator, I provide strategic, effective counsel with the goal of obtaining the best possible results for my clients in all cases.
