An Edinburgh-based Sales Specialist, certified in ITIL4, AgilePM, SCRUM Master, Atlassian Jira, or ServiceNow. I have been in technology sales since 2012 selling IoT, Professional Services and SaaS to multiple verticals (esp. FS, Tech, Retail, Telco, and Oil and Gas). In the last 5 years, I have been involved in consulting in the areas of ITSM, ESM, Agile and DevOps, with a particular focus on utilising Simulations to drive cultural change. At CDW, I specialise in identifying challenges our customers experience in managing their end-to-end (IT) service, utilising a range of Professional Services, Managed Services as well as platforms such as ServiceNow or Hornbill to enable improving our customers’ maturity in this area, particularly in silo removal, automation, self-service, tool integration, IT/Business alignment, and improving workflow efficiencies. I enjoy presenting both on stage and online, designing and delivering interactive workshops, taking part in podcasts, marketing events etc. Outside of work, my interests are VR/AR, mobile (phone) technology, webdesign and PC building as well as business style fashion. I am actively playing as a volleyball libero in Scottish Men's National Premier League, coaching and refereeing, playing 6-a-side football, or computer games such as VR (Alyx, Beatsaber, Adventure Climb), Civilisation, Cities:Skylines, Diablo, HOMAM, CS:GO, GRID, or FIFA. My ultimate goal is to make the world a better place by utilising technology to help us better enjoy our work and personal life. I find it particularly satisfying to open eyes of those who were not aware technology can do one thing or another.
