WHAT I DO: Commercial contracting is currently a strange and traditional dance between two sides who want to work together but begin their relationship pretending that they'd be prepared to walk away if all their conditions and expectations aren't met. I work on large commercial transactions between global corporations while finding ways to dispense with this antiquated ritual. I'm focussed on initiating great relationships between businesses as quickly and efficiently as possible. WHO I WORK WITH: I negotiate commercial contracts through a managed legal services model and work with in-house Legal Advisors, procurement teams, risk-type controllers and directors in FTSE 500 companies throughtout the contracting process. In addition, I manage a team of lawyers, supporting one of Europe's largest banks with their BAU contracting. HOW I ADD VALUE: My personal mantra is "Work hard to do less work". I believe that it is not enough to excel in a static system if you aren't finding ways to refine the process along the way. My goal is to innovate, automate and eliminate inefficiencies in my working environment so we can all log off at 5pm and enjoy life outside of the office. WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ME?
