I have so far enjoyed a successful career in the commercial food processing sector, as well as gaining an extensive knowledge of the industry. The position of responsibilities I have had in my previous jobs provided me with good organization and communicational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and keep to set deadlines, budgets and costs. I have extensive knowledge of setting up and managing PPM’s, stores management and managing and overseeing projects with clearly set budgets and deadlines. I am always willing to learn new skills to further enhance my career. Excellent influencing and communicating skills at all levels. Result focused with can do attitude and experience in continuous improvement. Motivate and control the Engineering staff to achieve engineering services within budget and develop their skills. Projects: In November 2012 Superior sold its fruit business. The plan was to close it’s Heathrow Galley mead Road site and merge it with its Armstrong Way site. I oversaw the merger of the two sites into one in, this was completed by end of March 2013, I was the main contact for contractors on site for this project. The project cost was @ £750K. The project was completed on target. I oversaw the merger of the two sites into one in February 2010; I was the project manager for this project. The project cost was £500K. The project was completed on target and budget. In May 2010 I managed the next project which was to convert a new unit to a warehouse facility with freezer,. From July I managed the alteration to the new factory, this was to expand two production areas, and this work was completed in November 2010 on time and on budget. In November 2009 I contributed towards the company achieving Grade A with a zero non conformance, a first for a company, this has been followed up with Grade A with one minor non conformance for 2010.
