And we get it done while making sure to make time for fun.Startup founders do not want complex legal, accounting and tax issues when raising capital and giving employee options. The traditional process is beyond a nightmare. And from experience, I know that even after many meetings, emails, reading of complex documents and thousands of dollars founders don't understand the documents they're using.Founders want to quickly and easily understand how to issuing options to their team. Through learning and using best practices, and industry benchmark documents, combined with slick workflows with minimal distraction and delay, startups can get things done in a fraction of the time and money.Earlier in my career, I worked in Australia and Europe in global multi-national and small-medium business environments. In that time I’ve been responsible for most key functions in business. If you were to ask the people I worked with what core skills I bring to a leadership team, I think they would say positivity, enthusiasm and drive. I’m a strong believer in balanced results delivering long-term success - meaning I ensure that every person inside and outside the organisation I work with is treated well and with respect at all times. In my 'spare time' I am a family man, surfer, futurist and investment analyst.
