I work very hard on my day job, and my professional life must play nice with them.-My professional focus is leading innovation efforts for Microsoft's legal department.-I am a technology attorney who is passionate about developing and commercializing technology.-I help develop talented people because I want to work with the best people. I scale my impact by investing in people who in invest in people.-I serve my community to pay forward what I cannot pay back. It's also fun and rewarding.-I work to make my profession and industry a more diverse and inclusive place across every axis.-I write software because it delights me and keeps me connected to my industry, my customers, and my passion.-I have fun trying to learn and do hard things.-I get to laugh a lot because what we do is important and challenging but not overly serious.
