Jason Litak

My goal is to provide the best, most compassionate, evidence-based medical dermatology care possible. I have a passion for the surgical management of skin cancer and aesthetic reconstruction after skin cancer removal. I am available for general dermatology consultations, skin cancer surveillance, and for the management of known or suspected skin cancer. I accept referrals for Mohs surgery from doctors in the community. I earned my medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed an internship in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. My dermatology residency was at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, after which I pursued an advanced fellowship in Mohs skin cancer surgery, pathology, and reconstructive surgery (only 70 such fellowships exist). After fellowship I worked as a full-time Mohs surgeon performing 800 cases per year. I am board-certified in dermatology and fellowship-trained in Mohs and reconstructive surgery.
