Jay Nawrocki

I am a 26 year veteran of the Indiana State Police. Prior to coming to ISP, I had progressive management experience with a Fortune 500 company. I have been fortunate during my career to have the opportunity to work many different types of assignments and work with outstanding people. I've had the opportunity to serve others, as well as opportunities to meet people, do things and go places that a normal job would not have allowed me to do. I have had tremendous experiences with the Agency that included Case Management, Enforcement, Investigative, Intelligence, Leadership and now Mission Support Operations (1,800 vehicle fleet and QM). I also have program management, event planning and operational management and leadership experience from small gatherings up to events attended by more than 300,000 people. When I made the decision to apply to the Indiana State Police, I did so because I wanted to make a difference. Hopefully, I have.
