Throughout my career, I've been leading new product development and innovative technologies that influenced the way people live today. I enjoy working with smart and professional people, learning from their skills and influencing others by taking the lead in solving tough problems. I've always expanded out of my defined role and took the initiatives that resulted in process improvements, efficient budget control and mitigation of business risks on time. I developed my communication skills and negotiation strategies while leading and influencing the cross-functional teams of engineers, quality, and operations by aligning them on the same goals of successful product launching. In my current role as an Operations Program Manager at Apple, I've been working on product development for tablet and audio programs, managed supply chain, and factory production readiness, resolved urgent quality issues that blocked the product launch and expanded capacity to meet high customer demand. Skillsets: • Program / Project management using Agile tools • Embedded programming in C/C++ • Circuit design using Altium • FPGA programming (Xilinx and Altera) in the real-time OS (RTOS) • Motor control design using TI DSP tools
