More specifically in the CJ/VIP aircraft cabin completion business for the past 8 years, in collaboration with Haeco Xiamen (Private Jet Solutions) and Airbus SAS Central Entity. Demonstrated ability to: - Manage highly technical projects with strong financial values. - Lead project teams; organizing work, establishing priorities, creating clear goals and expectations, keeping teams working effectively together, resolving conflicts. - Manage vendors from PO release till delivery and installation of the equipment; ensuring on time delivery, compliance and quality of all deliverables. - Provide technical support to sales, supply chain, design, engineering, production and quality departments. - Manage product/cabin final inspection and monitor corrective actions. - Interact and negotiate with VIP customers. - Work in large multi-discipline teams within an international environment.
