EKODOMESIS is a new company, based in Paris. Founded by 4 partners who hold concurrently 75 years of business property expertise, it aims to intervene as support for investors who deal with private equity, to identify and to manage the real estate property risk. Beyond, it intervenes alongside the management of targeting companies to help them to reduce business’ property fees of their business assets. Finally, it intervenes as well as external property management on behalf of private equity and hedge funds. Currently, EKODOMESIS is in charge of real estate management for an european private equity fund during the process of a French automotive supplier's acquisition. We have a mandate to sell 4 real estate plants in France within a sales & leaseback deal. Our approach aims to meet every property problematic for each step of the organizational structure.
