Ed Bachtold

Jeanne McMillen is a CPA with over 25 years of corporate accounting experience. Her background includes major involvement in the government contracting area as well as serving as a key advisor in corporate strategy, strategic ventures, business plans, and product development. Prior to joining RFS in 2004, Ms. McMillen was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hy-Tech Fittings and Components where she directed all financial, accounting and administrative activities. She also served as the Controller, Eastern Division for Dames &a; Moore, Inc., a publicly held international engineering company. Ms. McMillen graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She is involved with the Tech Council of Maryland.
