After achieving unprecedented success in Southern New Jersey, I have brought my professionalism and planned giving expertise to the Jewish Community Foundation of NE Florida, located in Jacksonville. Together with the strong support of the Partners including the Federation our Foundation is poised to grow and prosper. Being part of the Jewish community and working to make a difference is a way of life for me, not just a career. It is gratifying to love what I do everyday and to know that my work enhances the community in which I live. My 18+ years as the Executive Director of the Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. (JCF) were extremely rewarding. I managed every aspect of the operations, but the most important aspect was developing relationships with key stakeholders and motivating them to be part of the community in meaningful ways. Through a change in vision and innovative approaches in cultivating gifts, the JCF has grew in stature and visibility as a major center for philanthropy here in South Jersey. Under my professional leadership from the current and future expectancies grew from $6M to over $55M. My relationships with the community were built on trust, partnerships, and deep friendships developed over the years.
