Jeff Panian, MHSA

I pride myself on the ability to be a strong leader, communicate effectively and exhibit strong analytic and critical thinking skills. I have worked hard cultivating these skills through continuing my education into the graduate degree program at Central Michigan University working on my Masters Degree in Health Services Administration. I have specialized expertise in both the facility and professional revenue cycle process. This expertise includes: ChargeMaster, contract administration, office management, financial reporting, and mastery in the full revenue capture process. At a very young age I knew I had a strong connection to healthcare administration. My first job as a highschool intern was as the Junior Business Administrator at Morgan Memorial Hospital. My tenure at the hospital had me involved in the opening of there new Imaging Center, and I co-chaired the creation of the SafeKids Coalition of Morgan County. I actively participated in the hospital board meetings, and shadowed the daily operations of Dr. Greene the hospital's business administrator. My passion for leadership stems from a keen admiration of business greats, including Jack Welch, Jim Collins and Stephen Covey. As a Petty Officer in the United States Navy, I have been officially trained in leadership, and process management. My interests and past experiences pushes me to strive for another seat on the board.
